Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shop with Steff. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping processing time- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN YOUR ORDERS

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

For domestic orders we offer two different types of shipping. Standard shipping for a $7 flat rate which is from 2-6 business days. We also offer Priority shipping for a $9 flat rate which is from 1-3 business days. 

 

International shipping

All international orders are weight based (meaning you pay according to the overall weight of your package)

Important note for all international orders - Shop with Steff is not responsible for any extra fees/charges made on behalf of your post office/ government. Any charges NOT made by Shop with Steff are not refundable because those charges have nothing to do with us.
